Part 1 — SpeedYourFin GST Assistant (Chrome Extension)

SpeedYourFin GST Assistant does not collect, store or transmit any user data. It runs entirely within your browser and communicates only with the Government of India GST Portal (gst.gov.in).

1. What the extension does

The extension helps a user who is already signed in to the GST Portal download their own GST return files for several tax periods at once. It performs the same requests the GST Portal's own interface performs, using the session you are already signed in to.

2. Data we collect

None. We operate no server and no account system for this extension. We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising or error-reporting services. No information about you, your business, your GSTIN or your returns is transmitted to SpeedYourFin or to any third party.

3. Data the extension handles on your device

To do its job the extension reads GST return information from the GST Portal and writes the resulting files to your computer using Chrome's download function. This data passes through your browser only. It is never sent elsewhere and is not retained by the extension.

The extension stores two items locally in your browser: the list of file generations it is currently waiting on, so a long generation survives the popup being closed; and a single setting recording whether GSTR-2B downloading has been confirmed on your installation. Neither contains return data or personal information, and both remain on your device.

4. Credentials

The extension never asks for, receives, stores or transmits your GST Portal username, password or OTP. It relies solely on the session already established in your browser.

5. Permissions

The permissions requested (tabs, downloads, notifications, alarms, storage and access to gst.gov.in) are used only to deliver the functionality described above. Their individual justifications are published on the extension's Chrome Web Store listing.

6. Third parties

We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties. We do not use data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose, nor for creditworthiness or lending.

Part 2 — Zoom Integration with The SpeedYourFin LMS

This part explains how The SpeedYourFin LMS, operated by GGSH & Co LLP, integrates with Zoom to facilitate live classes, virtual training sessions, and meeting management, and how information associated with the Zoom integration may be accessed, used, protected, and deleted.

7. About The SpeedYourFin LMS

The SpeedYourFin LMS is an online learning platform that provides structured learning programs, live classes, training sessions, and related educational services. The SpeedYourFin LMS integrates with Zoom to enable instructors and learners to participate in live online classes and virtual meetings directly through the platform.

8. Why We Integrate Zoom

The Zoom integration is used to support the delivery and management of live learning experiences through The SpeedYourFin LMS. The integration enables The SpeedYourFin LMS to:

  • Schedule and manage Zoom meetings for live classes and training sessions.
  • Provide learners with access to scheduled live classes.
  • Enable instructors to conduct virtual classes and interactive sessions.
  • Manage meeting-related information associated with scheduled classes.
  • Support a seamless connection between the LMS and Zoom for online learning.

Zoom is used as a third-party video conferencing service to facilitate these live sessions.

9. Information Accessed Through the Zoom Integration

Depending on the features enabled and the user's interaction with The SpeedYourFin LMS, the integration may access limited Zoom-related information necessary to provide the service. This may include:

  • Zoom meeting or webinar details such as meeting ID, topic, date, time, and meeting status.
  • Basic user information required for meeting participation or management.
  • Information associated with the scheduling and management of live classes.
  • Technical information made available by Zoom that is necessary to operate and maintain the integration.

The SpeedYourFin LMS does not access Zoom information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the integrated functionality.

10. How Zoom-Related Information Is Used

Information accessed through the Zoom integration is used only for legitimate educational and operational purposes, including:

  • Scheduling live classes and training sessions.
  • Providing learners with access to scheduled meetings.
  • Enabling instructors to conduct live classes.
  • Managing and administering virtual learning sessions.
  • Maintaining the functionality, security, and reliability of the Zoom integration.
  • Providing technical support when required.

We do not use Zoom-related information for unrelated purposes.

11. Live Classes and Meeting Management

When a live class is scheduled through The SpeedYourFin LMS, relevant meeting information may be communicated to Zoom to create or manage the corresponding Zoom meeting. Learners and instructors may be provided with the relevant meeting access information through The SpeedYourFin LMS.

Participation in a Zoom session may also be subject to Zoom's own Terms of Service and Privacy Statement. Information collected directly by Zoom during a meeting, including information related to meeting participation, audio, video, chat, or recordings where applicable, is handled by Zoom according to its own policies.

12. Data Protection and Security

The SpeedYourFin LMS takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information associated with the Zoom integration against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

Access to Zoom-related information is limited to authorized personnel and systems that require such access for providing, maintaining, or supporting the service. We periodically review our security practices and access controls to help protect information handled through the integration.

13. Data Sharing

The SpeedYourFin LMS does not sell or rent Zoom-related user information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Zoom-integrated functionality.
  • Operate and maintain The SpeedYourFin LMS.
  • Comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Protect the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Respond to legitimate legal requests or prevent misuse of the platform.

Third-party service providers, where used, may process information only for authorized business or technical purposes and subject to appropriate contractual or security safeguards.

14. Data Retention

The SpeedYourFin LMS retains Zoom-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant services, maintain operational records, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. When information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our applicable data retention practices.

Information retained directly by Zoom is subject to Zoom's applicable retention policies.

15. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their use of The SpeedYourFin LMS and the Zoom integration, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and operational requirements. To request deletion, users may contact us using the details provided below.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will review the request and delete or anonymize applicable information where we are legally and operationally permitted to do so. Deletion of information maintained directly by Zoom may need to be requested from Zoom in accordance with Zoom's applicable policies.

16. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights relating to their personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to personal information held by us.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
